Actress Pushpa Joshi aka Fevikwik Dadi who amazed us with her badass swag breathed her last on November 26 at the age of 87. As per a report published on the hitavada.com, she suffered a fracture after slipping at her home and was hospitalized in Mumbai.
Pushpa Joshi is hailed as the oldest debutant in Hindi cinema. From Jabalpur she first came into limelight with her short movie called Zaayka that was produced by her son Ravindra and daughter-in-law. Following this, she bagged a role in Raid. She has also featured in movies like Ramprasad ki Terahvi. Pushpa Joshi made her Bollywood debut at the age of 85 with Ajay Devgan starrer Raid wherein she played the role of AmmaJi.
Filmmaker Raj Kumar Gupta took to Twitter to condole her death. He wrote, “Very sad to hear about the passing away of Pushpa Joshi ji. One of the highlights of my directing career was watching you perform in RAID. You were a live wire on and off the sets. Wherever you are you will be smiling and spreading happiness Dadiji. We will miss you. RIP.”
