How curious can you get? Especially when you have internet in your hand and you can search for anything. Anything means any small or big thing. Things you don’t know and things you already know. When it comes to things you already know is more fun to know from the internet’s perspective.
A girl with twitter account @amyoosed (now deleted) had the same form of curiosity which made her search for the term “Man” on Wikipedia which landed her to a page which not only depicts the factual details like terminology, biology and also ‘masculanity’ for the term man, the photograph of an Indian guy is used in the picture section, titled ‘A man’.
To her surprise when she clicked the link she landed on the twitter account of that man who happens to be a Malayali. In the tweet, she shared the screenshot of the Wikipedia page with the caption, “The Wikipedia entry for ‘man’ has a Mallu dude posing as a man I CANNOT BELIEVE IT.”
Many responded to this tweet with different opinions and questions like why was she even looking for that word but one of the twitterati with user name @heyitsjovis took the challenge to search for this ‘Man’ from Wikipedia and he discovered him on Pixabay with account named @abhiputhenpurackal143.
Ever since this Malayali man named Abhilash from Puthenpurackel is an internet sensation, his viral story is all over the news and press is asking for his bite.
You never know when luck strikes and in a moment the whole world turns right in front of you. When asked how it feels Abhilash says, “I don’t know who she is but I feel so proud to see this photo on Wikipedia and because of this tweet I am happy and equally excited of getting number of phone calls from my friends and relatives.”
